Turning 28

My family can attest to the fact that I tend to get a little emo right around my birthday. This year is no different, but as I reflect on my last day of 27 I can't help but think of what an amazing 365-days it's been. (I almost even started to feel like an adult - oh, who are we kidding!)

My "Top 10 for 27" List, include: 

• Traveling to the Bahamas, Las Vegas, Oregon, Colorado, Florida, Texas and a variety of gems in Michigan
• Shifting my role at OST to focus on employee communication and engagement
• Witnessing eight couples say "I do"
• Adopting-on-a-whim a wild little pup named Barlow
• Dressing up as J-Lo, a lumberjack, a mermaid, a ferocious brown bear and a German man
• Avoiding every oh-so-tempting sip of Diet Coke
• Adding "flossing" to my nightly routine
• Being recognized as the Grand Rapids Area Chamber Young ATHENA
• Starting a company and selling over 70 Bike Antlers 
• Hosting more than 150 friends at my house throughout the year

So many wonderful moments to celebrate. Looking forward to what 28 will hold!
